INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS





Two Week Course: What is Mindfulness?

What are the benefits of mindfulness for wholistic living? In this two-week course you will learn the fundamental concepts of meditation: The foundational practice of how to use the breath and to incorporate a daily practice of meditation in your life.


2 Classes / 1 Class per week / 45-minute class

Rate: Negotiable



GUIDED MEDITATION





We will begin each session with a brief check in followed by a guided meditation that focuses on one of the following techniques: the breath, sound, or body scan. Upon completion of the guided meditation, we will open the door for questions related to the practice of meditation and mindfulness.


30 minutes per session

WEEKLY DROP IN MEDITATION





Every Friday Morning 8:00-8:30am EST


A free guided meditation that is open to all. If you have never done meditation this would be a great class to get your feet wet and try the waters. This is a judgment free zone with no expectations. Come as you are. I look forward to seeing you.
